LFN COMMITMENT TO SUPPORT YOUNG TALENT
The Law Firm Network is committed to promoting, supporting and developing young talent. We believe the future of the legal sector relies on the new generations, and for that reason, we have implemented initiatives such as the LFN Young Lawyers Essay Award and the Young Lawyers Secondment Program, that encourage the development of the network’s youngest lawyers professional and personal skills, while helping them to network beyond their country borders and advance their career.
LFN YOUNG LAWYERS ESSAY AWARD
Every year, The Law Firm Network celebrates the LFN Young Lawyers Essay Award, in which a young lawyer from the network is awarded for an original paper on a legal topic.
The paper, anonymously submitted to an LFN jury, is selected based on: quality of research and analysis, novelty, profundity and over-all contribution to the legal field, as well as grammar, spelling and structuring.
The winner, gets his or her work published in the network’s public and private channels and travels to the LFN Annual Conference, celebrated in a different country every year, cost free.
LFN YOUNG LAWYERS SECONDMENT PROGRAM
The Program aims to encourage young member lawyers to develop their professional and personal skills while working in a new cultural environment as well as to enhance cooperation between member firms, create employee loyalty, expand cultural and business understanding and generate new business opportunities among members.
