Ponet & De Vleeschauwer and LVPLaw Antwerpen joined forces under the name Ponet & LVP Advocaten on the 1st of January 2019.
LVPLaw Antwerpen offers its clients a wide range of legal services in commercial, real estate, construction and employment law matters, whereas Ponet & De Vleeschauwer mainly specializes in (diamond/fine art) insurance, transportation and port related matters, as well as traffic and tort law.

She is a graduate in law from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (K.U.Leuven); she was admitted to the Bar of Antwerp in 1985.
Ann launched the offices of LVP LAW, at the time called Lafili, Van Crombrugghe & Partners, in Antwerp in 1990.
She is a member of various associations. She lectures, in particular, on construction law and mediation law for various national organisations.
She handles files in Dutch, French and English.
Her major areas of practice are construction law, property law and commercial law in general. She also acts as a mediator.
