The Law Firm Network has put in place its ‘Lawyers Exchange Programa program’, an initiative that, every year, promotes the exchange of young lawyers between member firms, making a monetary contribution to support the lawyer’s expenses.

The Program aims to encourage young member lawyers to develop their professional and personal skills while working in a new cultural environment as well as to enhance cooperation between member firms, create employee loyalty, expand cultural and business understanding and generate new business opportunities among members.

In the month of March, Florencia Monteverde, Lawyer at Argentinian member firm Barreiro, Oliva, De Luca, Jaca, Nicastro travelled to the offices of Brazilian member firm Boccuzzi Advogados to start her one month exchange in the firm.
