TRENDS legal magazine – Real Estate No 9 (November-December 2022)
Another very interesting issue of our LFN RE Trends, with articles ranging from a very informative overview on Cyprus real estate laws and system, including taxation, to valorization clauses allowing for changes in market conditions in public procurement contracts under Polish law, to the newly created special economic zone to be called “The Colombo Port City” in Sri Lanka.
Additional contributions from the updates to foreign investments in Vietnam (part 1, part 2 will follow in the next issue) and inflation and the room for rent adjustments in Italy.
Maybe however it is the original and not so common report on the Right to Light, in Ireland, i.e. the right for specific openings of a building to receive natural light for the benefit of the building’s interior, which limits the positioning and height of new constructions, which provides the most hopeful contribution in the batch: a mitigation to unrestrained development which makes all think.
Have an informative and pleasant reading.
