Juan Sebastián Gaviria, lawyer at colombian member firm Nieto Abogados, wins the 1st LFN Young Lawyers Award

We are glad to announce that Juan Sebastián Gaviria, Lawyer at Colombian member firm Nieto Abogados, has won the 1st LFN Young Lawyers Award for the work “DYNASTIES AND CORPORATE GOVERNANCE: A THEORETICAL APPROACH TO THE MANAGEMENT SUCCESSES OF FAMILY FIRMS”.
The jury, formed by, Enmre Atayilmaz, Partner at Turkish member firm PAE Law; Ann Ghijsebrechts, Partner at Belgian member firm Ponet & LVP Advocaten (Belgium), and Sanjanthi Sajan, Partner at Indian member firm Poovayya & Co, has unanimously voted Juan Sebastián as the winner of this Award.
The prize will be awarded to Juan Sebastián by members of the Jury, at the LFN Budapest Annual Conference.
The paper, anonymously submitted to the jury, has been selected based on the following criteria: Quality of research and analysis; Novelty, profundity and over-all contribution to legal knowledge; and Grammar, spelling and structuring.
