Gained his professional experience in a legal counsel’s office and in legal department of a company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Former member of numerous supervisory boards of commercial companies, as well as of the supervisory board of an investment fund company. Active entrepreneur, holds a position of CEO of an investment company.
Provided legal services to international private equity projects. Participated in merger and acquisition processes as well as in bankruptcy proceedings, including the recovery proceedings of a Warsaw Stock Exchange listed company. Has extensive experience in providing ongoing legal services to companies, as well as executing M&A and real estate transactions. The areas of his professional interest are civil, economic, bankruptcy and recovery law.
