Alice graduated from Charles University in Prague in 2010 where she also gained her Ph.D. She specializes in employment law and related fields. She has been with LTA Legal from its beginning in 2011. Apart from being an attorney-at-law admitted by the Czech Bar Association, Alice is also a member of the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA), Czech Employment Lawyers Association (CzELA) and an author of numerous articles and publications focused on employment law issues.
