Peter Mailänder is a Partner of the firm, admitted in Germany since 1997 and Attorney-at-Law (New York) since 1999.
Peter Mailänder specializes in corporate law and M&A. He represents international corporate groups and medium-sized enterprises. Peter Mailänder has received several awards for his ability to structure corporations and advise on disputes and bring M&A transactions to a successful conclusion.
Resumé: Peter Mailänder studied law at the universities of Freiburg, Bonn, Hamburg, where he also obtained his doctorate (Dr. jur.), and at New York University. He has been admitted to the bar in New York (Attorney-at-Law) since 1994 and admitted to the bar as an attorney in Germany since 1997. Peter Mailänder has been managing partner of HAVER & MAILÄNDER since 2013. He is currently a member of boards of foundations and supervisory boards and a lecturer on various corporate law topics. His working languages are German and English.

Roland Kläger is a Partner of the firm, admitted in Germany since 2012.
Roland Kläger is an expert in national and international arbitration proceedings, in which he acts as experienced counsel and arbitrator. He also represents clients in disputes before state courts. The cases on which he advises originate from diverse sectors (e.g. electronics, automotive, energy, chemistry, trade, engineering, finance), are often technically and legally complex, and reach across borders.
Resumé: Roland Kläger studied law at the University of Freiburg and holds a doctor of laws (Dr. jur.) from the University of Tübingen. He worked as a research fellow at the University of Freiburg, as a visiting fellow at the Lauterpacht Centre for International Law of the University of Cambridge and practised dispute resolution in a big international law firm in Frankfurt. Roland Kläger is a member of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR, representative of the ICC Young Arbitrators Forum (ICC YAF), co-chair of the arbitration and litigation group of The Law Firm Network, co-founder of ILEX – International Litigation Exchange, and past regional coordinator of the Initiative of Young Arbitration Practitioners of the German Arbitration Institute (DIS40), as well as a member of various arbitration associations. He speaks German, English and Spanish.
