Roberto Tirone

He joined the firm in 1999 and became a partner in 2006.
Since 2018 he is managing partner of the firm.
His main practice area is civil litigation with particular focus on issues related to construction contracts, leases and distribution agreements. He regularly pleads before trial courts, the Supreme Court and arbitral tribunals: he has also been appointed as an arbitrator himself. Roberto has also developed a deep knowledge of matters related to the administrative liabilities of companies under Leg. Dec. 231/2001; in this matter Roberto regularly assists clients in auditing internal processes and in establishing measures for the limitation of corporate risk, drafting compliance plans and implementing the measures that have been taken. Roberto is also a member of various companies’ supervisory boards.
He regularly lectures on matters related to the administrative liability of companies under Leg. Dec.231/2001.
He is a member of the compliance working group of ASLA, Association of Associated Law Firms and he is the approved consultant of the Lombardy Region Marble Manufacturers’ Association.
