He specializes in Corporate Law, with an emphasis on the technological, financial, and natural resources industries. He leads the Corporate & Technology team.
Before establishing the Firm, Gonzalo worked on some of the top tier law firms in Argentina, and he worked and studied in the United Kingdom. Currently, Gonzalo advises local and international clients in their businesses in Argentina. Particularly in cross-border transactions and investment, fintech and e-commerce, personal data protection, seed capital, risk and development investment matters. In addition, he advises them on private capital investments, commercial contracts, corporate counseling, financial services regulation, and debt restructuring.
